How long does delivery take?
UK: printing takes 2–3 working days, then delivery takes 3–4 working days. Typically within 7 working days in total. Estimates exclude weekends and public holidays and are not guaranteed. Allow extra time for your event; contact us before ordering if your date is close.
Can I return or change it after ordering?
Personalised products are exempt from the standard 14-day return right under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (Reg. 28(1)(b)). We can't refund for typos or change of mind. We do replace anything we've misprinted or that arrives damaged — no quibble.
What size should I order?
Unisex relaxed fit — if you're between sizes, size up. Chest is measured flat, pit-to-pit (inches). Each garment cuts differently, so check the table for the one you pick.
