Running it — the practical bits

Can I order for the whole group in one go?

One checkout for the group, delivered to the organiser’s address. Everyone checks out separately, using their own delivery address. The organiser covers some people; the others check out separately.

Can every tee have a different name?

Every tee. Same design across the group or a contrast tee for the crew, with a different name on each — and a nickname on the back if you like. No minimum, no setup fee.

When should I order for the trip?

For UK orders, allow an estimated 2–3 working days for production plus 3–4 working days after dispatch. Allow extra time before your event; dates are estimates, not guarantees. See our shipping policy.

What if someone needs a different size?

You set each person’s size in the same order — mix freely from XS to 4XL. Because every tee is printed to order, check the size guide before you order; the standard Softstyle fits true to size, the premium Comfort Colors is a boxier, heavyweight cut.
