This policy covers Squad Society T-shirts, including personalised group orders. Squad Society is operated by Weekender Brands Limited. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
Personalised T-shirts
T-shirts personalised with your names, wording, dates or artwork are made specifically for you. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns or size exchanges on these T-shirts. Please check each person's size, colour and spelling in the preview before approving the design.
If we print the wrong design, supply the wrong size or colour, or your T-shirt is faulty or damaged, we will put it right. Personalisation does not remove your rights when something is wrong with the goods.
A spelling mistake or size selection supplied and approved by you is not a production fault. If you spot a mistake after ordering, contact us straight away. We will help if production has not started, but cannot guarantee changes once printing is underway.
Non-personalised T-shirts
For a T-shirt without personalisation, you can notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of delivery, then return it within a further 14 days. You may try it on as you would in a shop. We may deduct for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the T-shirt.
We also retain our voluntary 30-day returns window for non-personalised T-shirts. Outside the statutory cancellation period, please return them within 30 days of delivery, unused and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging. These extra conditions do not apply to your statutory rights.
Printing a standard design after an order is placed does not, by itself, make a T-shirt personalised. Sale T-shirts have the same statutory rights as full-price ones.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect T-shirts
Please email your order number and a description of the problem. Clear photos of the T-shirt and print help us resolve it quickly; let us know if you cannot provide them.
For faulty or misdescribed goods, you normally have a 30-day right to reject them for a refund. After that, repair or replacement rights apply, with a refund where the law provides. Your rights do not end after 30 days or six months.
For a printing defect, production error or delivery damage, we offer a free replacement or refund as appropriate, without limiting your statutory remedies. We cover reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect T-shirts and will arrange the return with you.
How to start a return
- Email hello@weekenderbrands.com with the subject “Return Request”, your order number and the T-shirt(s) concerned. For a group order, include the name or design on each affected T-shirt.
- We aim to reply within two working days with the next steps and the correct return address. Please contact us before posting so we can route your parcel correctly. This does not make a statutory cancellation dependent on our approval.
- Keep proof of postage. A tracked service is recommended. You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return; we cover it where the T-shirt is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We do not offer direct change-of-mind exchanges. For an eligible non-personalised T-shirt, return it and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
Refunds
Refunds go to your original payment method. For statutory cancellations, we refund within 14 days of receiving the T-shirt back or receiving evidence that you sent it back, whichever is earlier. This includes standard outbound delivery when you cancel the whole order; an optional delivery upgrade is not refundable above the standard delivery cost.
For our additional voluntary returns window, we aim to inspect returns within two to three working days and issue an approved refund within five to ten working days. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to display it. We do not charge restocking fees.
