SQUAD SOCIETY (Weekender Brands Limited) ships to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia. Every item is personalised and printed to order. This policy explains how orders are produced, fulfilled, and delivered.

1. Where We Ship
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands), the United States, Canada, and Australia.
We do not deliver to: the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, P.O. Boxes, BFPO/APO/FPO addresses, or countries not listed above.
Prices and delivery costs are shown in your local currency at checkout.
2. Printed In Your Country
Your order is produced by our print-on-demand production partners in or near your own country — UK orders are printed in the UK, US orders in the US, Canadian orders in Canada, and Australian orders in Australia. That means:
- No international shipping delays — your item travels domestically.
- No customs charges or import duties — nothing crosses a border to reach you.
Regardless of which production partner prints your order, SQUAD SOCIETY (Weekender Brands Limited) remains the merchant of record and is solely responsible for customer service and refunds. Your contract is with us, not our production partners.
3. Production & Delivery Times
All items are made to order — production starts after you order and personalisation is confirmed.
- United Kingdom: production 2–3 working days, delivery 3–4 working days — typically at your door within 7 working days.
- United States: production 2–5 business days, delivery 3–5 business days — typically 5–10 business days total.
- Canada: production 2–5 business days, delivery 4–8 business days — typically 7–12 business days total.
- Australia: production 2–5 business days, delivery 4–8 business days — typically 7–12 business days total.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. During peak event periods, production may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if your order is affected.
4. Delivery Costs
Delivery is charged at a flat standard rate per order, shown in your local currency at checkout, and is FREE on orders over £40 (or the local-currency equivalent shown at checkout). All charges are displayed before payment.
5. UK Exceptions
Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands/Islands: delivered via Royal Mail, typically 4–5 working days at the standard rate. Some couriers deliver on Saturdays; no deliveries on UK bank holidays.
6. Event Order Deadlines
Attending a Butlin's Big Weekender, festival, or other event? We display order cut-off dates on event collection pages so you know exactly when to order by.
- UK: order at least 9 days before your event.
- US, Canada & Australia: order at least 14 days before your event.
7. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in your delivery country. Orders placed after 5pm (local UK time) count as the next working day.
8. Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to become active. If your tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or issue a refund minus the original delivery cost.
10. Delays, Missing, or Damaged Deliveries
- Not arrived within the expected timeframe: contact us with your order number and we'll trace the shipment.
- Not arrived 7 working days after dispatch (UK) / 10 business days (US, CA, AU): contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Arrived damaged or incorrect: photograph it and email us within 48 hours — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, strikes, carrier disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control. Where such delays materially affect your order, we'll keep you informed and offer a cancellation with full refund if it hasn't entered production.
