How do I place an order?

Browse the collection, pick your personalised piece, choose any custom options (name, number, thread colour) and add to your cart. Hit checkout and we take it from there.

What payment methods do you accept?

Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay — at checkout, take your pick.

Is it safe to use my card here?

Yes. Every transaction runs through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never see or store your card details.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Do I have to pay tax?

How long will my delivery take?

Allow an estimated 2–3 working days for UK printing, followed by 3–4 working days for delivery. We recommend ordering at least two weeks before your event; arrival dates are not guaranteed.

How do I track my order?

The moment your parcel ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a live tracking link. Save it — it's your boarding card.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your order hasn't landed within 7 business days after dispatch, contact the desk on hello@weekenderbrands.com and we'll launch a search party.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Get in touch as soon as you notice damage, with your order number and photos if possible. We’ll help arrange the appropriate remedy. There is no 48-hour cut-off for your statutory rights.

What can I personalise?

Names, numbers, nicknames and tour-style back-prints. Pick from our print colours and a range of letter styles — preview every change before you check out.

Can I preview before I order?

Yes. Our customiser shows a live preview of your name, number and colour choices so what you see is what you get.

Are personalised items refundable?

Because they're made just for you, personalised items can't be returned unless they arrive defective or printed incorrectly. In that case, we'll replace or refund — no quibble.

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return non-personalised items in unworn, original condition with tags attached.

How do I return an item?

Email hello@weekenderbrands.com with your order number and we'll send a returns slip. Post the parcel back to:

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Funds appear in 3–5 days after that, depending on your bank.

Do you offer exchanges?

Not directly — return your item for a refund and place a fresh order for the size or style you want. Speeds the whole thing up.
