Where should we base for a Zante stag do?
Laganas, every time. The Laganas strip is where a Zante stag do lives — the bars, the clubs and the cheap drinks are all on one long, walkable run, with the beach and the boat-trip jetties minutes away. Book an apartment or aparthotel near the middle of the strip so no one’s hiking home at 4am. If half the group wants it calmer, Tsilivi is a quieter resort a short taxi away, but you’ll still want to be in Laganas for the nights.
Which airport and how do we get in?
Fly into Zakynthos (ZTH) — it’s a small island airport about 15 minutes from Laganas. Pre-book a private minibus transfer both ways rather than gambling on the handful of taxis with a big group and luggage. Book the return when you book the outbound, and give the driver the apartment address.
When should we go for a Zante stag do?
Zante is seasonal — the resort really only fires from late spring through summer, with peak strip-and-boat energy from June to September. Come in winter and Laganas is shuttered. Book flights and beds 3–6 months ahead for summer weekends; that’s when the island is built for a stag.
Best daytime activity for the group?
A day boat party for pure stag energy, a boat trip out to Navagio (Shipwreck) Beach for the photo everyone wants, or a turtle-spotting cruise around Laganas Bay for the hungover crew. All three launch from the Laganas / Keri jetties — book from the UK in peak season because the good boats sell out.
Should we get the tees printed out there?
No — order them in the UK and pack them. Get everyone changed at the airport so the group’s identifiable from touchdown and the head-count’s easy on the transfer and the boat. Printing abroad or shipping to a Greek apartment is a needless risk.
How early should we order squad tees?
